Press Office Intern (Luxury Fashion)

About the role

The Press Office Intern will support the worldwide PR team of Miu Miu, assisting with sample management, media coordination and daily operational tasks. This role offers hands‑on experience in luxury fashion communications within a global, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the worldwide PR sample process, handling requests from internal stakeholders and editors.
• Prepare and send materials (prices, captions, images, press releases) to editorial offices.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and WW PR teams to organise presentations and collect strategic updates.
• Manage press folders, archives and content databases.
• Oversee PR sample production, monitor timelines and coordinate product shipping to subsidiaries.
• Support DMR editorial valuations, competitor analysis and ensure brand strategy consistency across media.
• Identify media trends and opportunities for brand amplification.
• Maintain press lists, contacts and mailings using Launchmetrics.
• Organise deliveries, press gifts, seedings and assist in shows and events logistics.

Required profile

• Previous internship experience in PR, communications or marketing, preferably in luxury/fashion.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relational, managerial and organisational abilities; results‑oriented.
• Passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
