Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will optimize and continuously improve operational and production processes, working closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and KPIs such as OEE, line spoilage, and overall performance.
• Develop and trial new technologies to guarantee final product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new technologies and preventive maintenance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑analysis tools to support data‑driven decisions.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to control and measure efficiencies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify alternatives that maximize efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Work in accordance with hygiene, food safety, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Project management skills and a team‑oriented approach.
• Understanding of hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and environmental rules.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, 5S, SMED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Advanced PC and software knowledge.
