Project Manager, Creative Operations

About the role

The Project Manager, Creative Operations will join Spotify’s IT Creative Operations team on a six‑month parental‑leave cover. Reporting to a senior Project Manager in London, you will oversee end‑to‑end production of advertising campaigns for top‑tier clients across digital, video, audio and podcast formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full production cycle for key accounts, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and high‑quality output.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client‑facing assets, and maintain strong relationships with external production vendors.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, billing and capacity planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements, streamline podcast workflows and operationalise new ad formats.
• Champion automation and AI initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Maintain production tools such as Asana and Coda, troubleshooting issues in partnership with the Global Tooling team.
• Advise the Sales team on service level agreements, production processes and creative policy guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client‑facing project or account management experience in high‑volume creative production.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Extensive experience with streaming audio, podcasts and display advertising formats.
• Strong operational mindset with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and delivering scalable solutions.
