About the role

DXC Luxoft is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. The role serves as the functional lead for client onboarding projects, covering the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

Act as the functional lead for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Bridge client banking requirements with the development team, translating needs into functional specifications.
Perform functional analysis and produce Functional Specification Documents (FSD) following Hogan methodology.
Participate in test strategy, define success criteria, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client.

Required profile

Extensive experience with the Hogan CAMSII platform and banking processes.
Senior-level expertise, able to guide complex client onboarding projects.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

CAMSII platform expertise
Italian language proficiency
English proficiency at C1 level
