Restaurant Manager - Season 2027

About the role

Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda in Porto Cervo is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager for the 2027 season. You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, delivering personalised, luxury service to its most discerning guests, leading by example and supporting the professional growth of the restaurant team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Lead and support the restaurant team
• Deliver personalised and attentive guest service
• Coordinate effectively with the culinary team
• Monitor service quality, standards and inventory

Required profile

• 2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort
• Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred

Required skills

• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities
• Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations
