Sales Development Representative Internship - Milan

About the role

Locala, an omnichannel advertising platform founded in 2012 and working with brands across 40 countries, is offering a 6-month internship as a Sales Development Representative in its Milan office. You will report to the VP of Sales and gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and sales within an international AdTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: identify and develop new business opportunities, help build a portfolio of prospective clients, schedule meetings with agencies and brand decision-makers, and contribute to strong client relationships.
• Sales support: join brand and agency meetings, demonstrate the value of Locala's technology, support the sales cycle from lead generation to renewal, collaborate with Account Management and Trading on upsell opportunities, and help create tailored digital strategies.
• Reporting: keep Salesforce data up to date, support weekly pipeline reporting, and track business opportunities and key sales metrics.
• CRM and client relations: maintain contact with clients and prospects, support account forecasting through CRM tools, and help organize client events and networking activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience is a plus, but the internship is mainly an opportunity to learn.
• Fluent Italian and the ability to communicate in English.
• Good understanding of how digital marketing works.
• Creative, proactive, self-motivated and able to handle change and work as part of a team.
