Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Italy

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for its Business Development team of 10 SDRs, focusing on the Italian market. The role is office-based in either Paris or Barcelona and involves answering Italian inbound leads, qualifying them and passing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact every assigned Italian inbound lead quickly and check fit, budget and timing
• Run discovery calls to understand each prospect's project and pain points
• Pass qualified opportunities and larger deals to the right Account Executive with a clear handoff
• Log every activity in the CRM, keep records up to date and follow up on leads not yet ready
• Help the team reach its pipeline and closing targets for Italy

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian speaker, comfortable in English (C1)
• Able to ask the right questions to qualify a lead and find the need behind a request
• Clear writing and speaking style, able to convince without pushing
• Motivated after a "no" and able to keep a steady pace toward targets
• Curious about people, the product and the Italian market
• Uses AI tools in daily work and likes testing new ones
• Organized, plans the day and gets back to leads on time
• Enjoys teamwork and asking for feedback

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM and an interest in SaaS or tech are a plus

What we offer

• Salary: France (Paris, Caen, Bordeaux) €39,000 to €43,000 OTE (base €30,000 to €33,000 + variable €9,000 to €10,000); Spain (Barcelona) €32,000 to €36,000 OTE (base €25,000 to €28,000 + variable €7,000 to €8,000)
