About the role
This position is a hands‑on, field‑oriented leadership role reporting to Regional Sales Management. Based in Milan, the Sales Director will translate the group’s commercial strategy into concrete actions across Italy, driving execution, coaching teams and improving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop sales teams throughout Italy to boost conversion and commercial discipline.
- Stay close to daily sales activity, pipeline management and client interactions.
- Coach sales managers and representatives to enhance execution and achieve results.
- Convert group commercial priorities into actionable local plans.
- Monitor KPIs, reporting and pipeline visibility to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive accountability and commercial focus across the sales organisation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business priorities and customer needs.
- Maintain market and customer connections to uncover growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
- Track record of driving sales growth, improving conversion rates and developing teams.
- Highly operational, hands‑on leadership style with strong coaching abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with solid KPI analysis skills.
- Comfortable working within an international group structure.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary up to €100,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience.
- Performance‑related bonus.
