Supply Chain Services Manager – Strategic Solution Selling

About the role

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Supply Chain Services Manager to drive strategic, solution‑selling initiatives across its high‑end supply chain portfolio. You will work closely with sales teams and senior customer influencers to design and deliver bespoke supply chain solutions that grow revenue and margin.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain services and use consultative questioning to identify customer pain points.
• Create and present tailored solutions, including inventory, programming, manufacturing and control‑tower services.
• Lead the sales funnel for fee‑for‑service offerings and collaborate with sales, Business Process Excellence and IT teams.
• Target VP‑level and C‑suite decision‑makers, conduct whitespace analysis and build strategies to increase Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution selling and influencing senior executives within the electronic components industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing practices, with a track record of creating winning strategies.
• Fast learner, project‑management oriented and able to work collaboratively across functions.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
