Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Arrow Electronics is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand its presence across Italy. You will lead the sales of Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors such as Symantec and Carbon Black, working closely with internal teams, partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute new‑business sales strategies with customers and partners.
• Manage local execution of EMEA‑wide strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
• Promote Citrix, Symantec and Carbon Black solutions and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximise go‑to‑market initiatives and support key partnerships.
• Travel across Italy for customer visits, partner meetings, events and internal meetings (30‑40% of time).

Required profile

• Direct sales experience in cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Citrix solutions.
• Experience with Symantec and Carbon Black products.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
