Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Arrow Electronics is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Milan to grow its business across Italy. The role develops strategic customer and partner relationships, uncovers new market opportunities and drives sales of Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors such as Symantec and Carbon Black. It works closely with internal teams, vendors and channel partners, and involves travel across Italy of about 30-40% of working time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run new business sales strategies with customers and partners
• Manage local execution of EMEA-wide strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders at operational and executive levels
• Promote and position Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors including Symantec and Carbon Black
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
• Work with marketing teams to maximise Go-To-Market initiatives and support key partnerships
• Collaborate across teams in a matrix organisation

Required profile

• Direct sales experience in cybersecurity or the technology sector
• Proven track record of successful sales initiatives and of winning new business
• Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends
• Experience with Citrix, Symantec, Carbon Black or similar solutions is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
