Informazioni sul ruolo

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti, membro del network PwC, ricerca a Roma un Senior Associate per il dipartimento M&A Tax. Il candidato supporterà le attività di consulenza fiscale legate a operazioni straordinarie sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.

Responsabilità principali

Esecuzione di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie.
Progettazione e strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche e internazionali.
Consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa, sia nazionale che estera.

Profilo richiesto

Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore commercialista.
Esperienza di 2‑4 anni in corporate taxes.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Motivazione, iniziativa e orientamento al risultato.
Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team.
