Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project for Strategy Consulting

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks that train advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break projects into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models, conduct market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
