Senior Pre‑sales Engineer – Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pre‑sales Engineer to join our Technical Sales team and help drive the adoption of our new Italian cloud region. You will work closely with C‑level and IT decision‑makers to design, propose and enable enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical sales cycles, conducting discovery workshops and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored cloud solutions and produce compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Partner with account executives, product managers and marketing to create go‑to‑market strategies, enablement material and targeted campaigns for the Italian market.
• Provide post‑sale technical guidance, deliver training sessions and act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and experience designing enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales or solution engineering roles within the enterprise segment.
• Excellent English (fluent) and Italian (native or near‑native) communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and engineering teams and mentor junior colleagues.
