Social Media Specialist – Milan

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive bold, social‑first storytelling on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Based in Milan, you will shape the brand’s digital voice, create engaging content, and ensure Red Bull stays at the forefront of sport and entertainment culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce social‑first video and visual content tailored for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Lead external creative agencies, video makers and editors to execute social ideas during events and daily production.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice, visual language and storytelling across all channels.
• Support the Social Media Manager in building the editorial calendar and mixing local and global assets.
• Develop activation plans with other marketing teams to maximise reach.
• Manage community interactions and run community‑focused initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, extract insights and translate them into optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management.
• Fluent English and strong command of Italian.
• Deep passion for TikTok, YouTube and emerging digital trends.
• Basic mobile video‑editing skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable plans.
