About the role

Join Unobravo International’s Finance Team as a Strategic Finance Analyst, helping shape innovation in the mental‑health industry and supporting the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual budgeting and business planning process, translating initiatives into measurable targets.
• Maintain long‑range financial plans and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for capital allocation.
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L reporting, providing commentary for business reviews and early risk identification.
• Contribute to board packs and investor updates with consistent data and clear narratives.
• Define, monitor and analyse key KPIs and unit economics across markets, recommending actions to improve growth and profitability.
• Build business cases for new market entries, ventures and investment decisions.
• Improve and automate finance workflows and reporting tools as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a fast‑paced digital scale‑up or consulting/banking environment (healthtech experience a plus).
• Strong analytical expertise with a proven track record of managing complex financial projects.
• Hands‑on experience leading end‑to‑end budgeting and planning processes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive ownership, meticulous organization and ability to work across multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling with Excel or Google Sheets.
