Strategy & PMO Manager – EMEA/AP Region

About the role

The EMEA‑AP Strategy & PMO Manager leads the regional project portfolio and supports the Head of Region in shaping strategy. Based at the Group Headquarters in Milan, the role combines transformation project oversight with strategic analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Run the regional Project Management Office for key transformation projects, defining charters, governance, milestones and KPIs.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, track critical‑path activities, manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Provide regular project reporting to the Head of Region, Group CEO and shareholders.
• Coordinate external consultants, engineering partners and EPC interfaces as required.
• Support the Head of Region in updating the EMEA‑AP strategy and annual operating plan.
• Lead business reviews, strategy days and target definition workshops.
• Conduct market, customer, competitive and operational analyses to inform decisions.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes and decision documents for the Management Team and Advisory Committee, and track actions to closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field from a top‑tier university.
• 2–3 years experience in a top‑tier management consulting firm within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven exposure to complex transformation programmes and senior stakeholder management.
• Business‑fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
