Striker - Downtrade Store Activator (Milan East, Bergamo, Brescia)

About the role

Red Bull is hiring a Striker for its Downtrade Store Activator team covering the Milan East area (Bergamo, Brescia). Within the Sales team, Strikers build customer relationships and negotiate with Ethnic Minimarkets and gas station accounts in their assigned territory. They must help achieve the Red Bull Perfect Store standards, including availability, visibility and additional placements of Red Bull products.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all agreed outlets at the right frequency in a cost-effective way, and develop the designated area.
• Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards: availability, visibility, placements and messaging, and build quality relationships with store stakeholders.
• Influence decision-makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals.
• Influence store-level orders so the Red Bull range is available, and keep stock levels fair.
• Secure the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull, place POS material correctly and maintain it, and ensure promotions run from day one.
• Measure, track and audit key in-store metrics with digital tools, and complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Growth mindset and proactive approach, comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as the role mainly involves ethnic point-of-sale accounts; English is required.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• Valid driving licence.
• FMCG experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Annual gross salary starting from EUR 25,600, depending on experience, technical skills and scope of responsibility.
• Employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
