Talent Relations Specialist – Influencer Marketing

About the role

The Talent Relations Specialist will lead influencer campaigns and activations for Miu Miu, coordinating show dressing, product seedings, event logistics and supplier management. You will ensure rigorous performance tracking and deliver insightful reports to optimise influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee show‑dressing guidelines, orders and deliveries with internal teams.
• Organise pre‑ and post‑show events with influencers.
• Develop packaging and manage product orders for influencer seedings.
• Support influencer activations across product categories.
• Create and maintain performance reports on influencer activities.
• Register new external suppliers and assist with invoicing processes.
• Identify new influencer profiles that align with brand DNA.
• Coordinate logistics for influencer events and contribute creative ideas for trips and experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of planning, executing and optimising influencer campaigns.
• Experience building campaign performance reports and analysing KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.
