Tax Lead – Tax Expert for Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie

About the role

The Tax Lead will act as the primary tax advisor for Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie, overseeing tax compliance and advisory activities across the company's Italian operations. You will ensure adherence to local tax laws, multinational regulations, and international treaties while providing strategic tax planning to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including filing and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and align with Group policies.
• Conduct tax research and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide tax risk assessments and strategic advice to senior management.
• Collaborate with the international HR and finance teams across 11 European markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax boutiques or in‑house tax functions.
• Strong knowledge of direct, indirect and VAT tax matters.
• Proven expertise in transfer pricing mechanisms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
