Wireless Solution Sales Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Huawei Europe’s Graduate Program as a Junior Wireless Solution Sales Engineer Intern in Milan. Over a six‑month period you will work alongside senior engineers and sales teams, gaining hands‑on experience with 5G, LTE, RAN and microwave technologies while supporting the design and promotion of wireless solutions for telecom operators and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and market analysis to identify trends, operator pain points and growth opportunities for wireless solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, tailor and present technical proposals that meet client coverage and capacity requirements.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, solution roadmaps and technical presentations to prospective customers.
• Support senior Solution Sales Engineers with documentation, coverage mapping research and tender responses.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or current student (BSc or MSc) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Graduation date within roughly 6‑12 months of the internship start.
• Strong interest in wireless network architecture, enterprise presales and technical consulting.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, adaptability and communication skills.
