Brand Manager for Italy, Greece & Malta

About the role

As the Brand Manager for Italy, Greece and Malta, you will drive the strategic growth and market presence of a luxury Maison across these key regions. Working closely with the European Managing Director, you will build a strong wholesale network, lead 360° activation plans and embed a client‑centric culture throughout the local organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement wholesale distribution strategies to expand the network and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee marketing and communication plans, manage budgets, ensure merchandising excellence and organise client and press events.
• Develop training programmes for wholesale partners, manage supply‑chain and optimise stock levels.
• Own the local Brand P&L, contribute to budgeting, analyse performance and integrate inventory and DSO management into financial planning.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, discounts and payment terms with wholesale clients.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering an entrepreneurial brand culture.
• Participate in Richemont meetings, share best practices and strengthen European synergy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management and sales leadership experience in luxury wholesale, preferably watches or jewellery.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian distribution landscape and high‑end clientele, with proven success in developing wholesale strategies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP.
