About the role
We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join the service team at Aethos Monterosa, a five‑star active luxury resort in the Aosta Valley. The role involves delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests throughout the summer season.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions and take accurate orders.
- Transmit orders promptly to the kitchen and serve food and beverages with attention to presentation.
- Support service preparations, maintain mise‑en‑place and keep service areas tidy.
- Collaborate with the Maître d’ and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success.
- Follow hygiene and cleaning procedures for designated areas.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- 3+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.
- Natural host with a passion for hospitality.
- Flexible schedule, able to work long hours and cover evening events.
- Strong listening skills and ability to address guest concerns.
