Freelance Legal Specialist (EU Law) - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a freelance legal specialist with expertise in EU and UK law to support AI training projects. The role is project‑based, remote and focuses on testing, evaluating and improving AI systems that handle legal content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate challenging prompts that test AI reasoning on legal topics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated answers for correctness, underlying assumptions and logical consistency.
• Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor, J.D., LLM) relevant to the EU and UK jurisdictions.
• Minimum 2 years of practising law within EU or UK contexts.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Experience as a legal consultant or attorney, comfortable with part‑time, non‑permanent projects.
