Guest Services Agent – W Sardinia

About the role

The Guest Services Agent is the first point of contact for guests at W Sardinia, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will handle check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and provide essential information and assistance throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room changes and late check‑out requests.
• Secure payments, activate and reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
• Communicate room availability and guest messages to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to monitor room status and address guest concerns.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer guest calls, and arrange transportation.
• Handle cash, checks, vouchers, and credit card authorizations, ensuring accurate accounting at shift start and end.
• Maintain guest records, file paperwork, and run daily reports.
• Follow company policies, report safety incidents, and uphold uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
