Pool Assistant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Aethos Monterosa as a Pool Assistant and become the friendly face of our luxury resort’s pool area. You will ensure guests enjoy a safe, clean, and relaxing aquatic environment while delivering attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile, provide towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas and respond to poolside requests.
• Maintain the pool area’s cleanliness and safety, regularly inspect the water and surrounding spaces, and report any issues promptly.
• Assist the lifeguard team by supporting safety protocols and being ready to respond calmly to incidents or emergencies.
• Help set up and take down poolside equipment, ensuring everything is ready for guest use.

• Attentive to detail and able to keep the environment tidy and safe.
• Team‑player who can collaborate with lifeguards and other staff.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude toward poolside tasks.
