Account Executive – Financial Services

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of the Customer 360 platform within the Financial Services segment in Italy. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction across assigned financial services accounts.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, coordinating with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, executives, and partners.
• Identify and research territory, create a qualified target account list within 30 days, and execute a go‑to‑market strategy.
• Share Salesforce’s value proposition to drive growth in existing and new accounts.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of technology sales experience, preferably in software or business applications, selling to the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and achieving revenue goals in the Italian market.
• Strong forecasting abilities and experience with inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
