Area Manager – Retail Operations (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece)

About the role

The Area Manager will lead the commercial performance, customer experience and profitability of COS stores across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. You will translate global and regional strategies into daily actions, ensuring each store delivers a consistent, inspiring brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial results by analysing performance data, identifying opportunities and implementing cost‑control measures.
• Champion a customer‑first mindset, monitoring service standards and competitor benchmarks.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency, efficiency and compliance with COS standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Ensure health, safety and legal compliance, and minimise stock loss through audits and risk management.
