Chef de Rang – Fine Dining Service

About the role

As a Chef de Rang at Orient Express, you will be the face of our luxury dining experience, ensuring each guest receives attentive, personalized service that reflects the highest standards of fine dining.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned section of the restaurant, delivering seamless service from greeting to farewell.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in table settings, order accuracy, and overall presentation.
• Uphold Orient Express’s brand standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine‑dining restaurants, or Michelin‑starred establishments.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in guest interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
