About the role

The Commis de Rang supports the fine‑dining service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Orient Express luxury venues. Working closely with the Chef de Rang, you will help maintain high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with mise en place, table setting, and overall dining room preparation.
• Support food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout service periods.
• Collaborate with the service team to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Help uphold the brand’s luxury standards in appearance, etiquette, and guest interaction.
