About the role

The Fashion Product Merchandising Manager for the Italy market leads product strategy, supports boutiques in defining and animating their assortments, and ensures each boutique reflects Chanel’s unique allure and local story.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and deploy the global European product strategy for Italy, aligning with Chanel’s vision and local specificities.
• Coordinate buying cycles, lead buying sessions, and support boutiques in optimizing selections to maximize sales.
• Analyze collection performance (sell‑through, top/slow sellers, stock levels) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Style Expertise teams on launches, window displays, and commercial actions.
• Ensure product presentations and assortments authentically represent Chanel’s brand DNA and luxury positioning.
• Spend at least 25% of time visiting boutiques to review assortments and address merchandising challenges on the field.
