Guest Experience Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that every guest room and public area meets Four Seasons’ luxury standards. Working closely with the external housekeeping provider, this role blends personalized guest interaction with rigorous quality assurance to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality owner for guestrooms and designated public areas after external housekeeping services are completed.
• Conduct detailed inspections of rooms and public spaces, verifying cleanliness, minibar setup, guest‑facing materials, and functionality of equipment and electronic devices.
• Validate room readiness through Four Seasons’ operational platforms and prioritize any corrective actions.
• Ensure that all delivered spaces align with Four Seasons’ service specifications and are ready for guest use.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to maintain consistent service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising housekeeping or hospitality quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel standards and guest‑experience expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess rooms against defined criteria.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external providers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with housekeeping quality assessment tools and procedures.
• Proficiency in using hotel operational systems for room readiness validation.
