About the role

Airelles is seeking a Head Concierge to lead its concierge team in Venice. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Concierge department and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Welcome guests, manage complex requests, and arrange reservations, transportation, private tours, cultural activities, and exclusive events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and service providers to offer unique recommendations.
• Train, mentor, and support concierge staff, fostering continuous development and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to guarantee a flawless guest journey.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and last‑minute arrangements with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor departmental performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar concierge role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of Venice’s cultural, culinary, and tourism landscape.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
