Musketeer – Sales & Marketing Specialist – Southern Tuscany

About the role

Red Bull is seeking a dynamic "Musketeer" to drive on‑premise sales and marketing across the southern part of Tuscany. Based in Siena or Grosseto, you will act as the face of the brand in cafés, bars, clubs, festivals and exclusive events, building strong relationships with hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull as a brand ambassador, ensuring product visibility and availability in high‑traffic venues.
• Develop and nurture long‑term partnerships with existing customers while creating new alliances with key influencers in the gastronomy and nightlife scenes.
• Own the regional on‑premise sales and marketing strategy, identifying trends, opportunities and delivering tailored pitches.
• Conduct consultative visits that add value for customers, using sales and negotiation techniques to exceed revenue targets.
