Store Manager - Luxury Brand, Florence

About the role

A recruitment agency acting on behalf of a high-luxury brand is hiring a Store Manager in Florence. The role leads a team of around 10 people and covers customer relationships, sales and inventory, merchandising, budget and KPI management, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting, attentive relationships with customers and exceed their expectations
• Drive results against clear KPIs in a competitive environment and manage the budget and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assess team effectiveness, give coaching and feedback, and lead the team toward common goals
• Manage sales and inventory, train new employees and run opening and closing procedures
• Create an inspiring shopping environment through merchandising and visual presentation
• Foster the brand experience through customer interactions and maintain positive employee relations
• Run weekly and monthly business rhythms and identify performance improvements with corporate partners
• Handle business development, PR activity and CRM development

Required profile

• Experience in a luxury environment and proven ability to manage autonomously a luxury/premium boutique
• Managerial experience focused on motivating and developing staff
• Strong customer relationship management, networking and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury and travel
