Associate Consultant Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant Intern for the summer of 2027 in Milan. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges, focusing on technology and data across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic consulting projects across industries, collaborating with colleagues in business development, account management and product management.
• Analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Structure problems, explore solutions and contribute to end‑to‑end consulting engagements.
• Participate in volunteer and team‑building experiences and network with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s degree expected to graduate between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude with a keen interest in business decision‑making.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
