About the role

Join our team as a Digital Operations & Customer Care Intern and help ensure a seamless online shopping experience. You will work on order management, support customers directly, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage online orders, resolve discrepancies and processing errors.
• Assist Customer Service with inquiries about orders, returns, refunds, and shipments.
• Communicate order updates, delays, or issues directly to customers.
• Handle cancellations, order modifications, and post‑purchase requests.
• Manage complaints and escalations, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to service processes.
• Support the creation of guidelines and best practices for Customer Care.
• Coordinate product transfers and support boutique training.
• Collaborate with IT, couriers, and Finance to resolve technical or logistical issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility, fast‑learning approach, and interest in e‑commerce.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
