Store Manager - Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its new store in Milan. The role covers sales, clienteling, team leadership, operations and visual merchandising, and starts as soon as possible. It is a full-time position based in the new store.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the store team, recruit, coach and develop them to meet sales targets and service standards
• Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance, and plan budgets and expenses
• Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through, and plan and manage in-store events
• Create and maintain staff schedules, and implement company procedures and reporting
• Develop and implement store policies and strategies, and lead visual merchandising and store upkeep
• Provide product and client feedback to the Buying team, and contribute to the social and environmental sustainability strategy

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in store management within luxury retail
• Experience leading and developing a team, and working in an omnichannel environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and back-office operations management
• Experience generating reports and guidelines
