Director of Residences & Operations (Private Household)

About the role

The Director of Residences & Operations will lead the household management for a warm, private, international UHNW family. Based in Venice, you will own a portfolio of private residences across Italy and be responsible for creating a unified operational framework from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day household operations across multiple properties.
• Manage and develop a team of staff, including a three‑nanny childcare unit.
• Coordinate contractor relationships and supervise renovation or refurbishment projects.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive household operational bible.
• Ensure seamless integration of services, logistics, and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑property private household experience at UHNW level.
• Hands‑on experience with renovation or refurbishment project oversight.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a strong advantage.
