Finance Business Partner Director – Italy & Iberia

About the role

Incyte is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to support its Italy and Iberia affiliates. The role will work closely with Country General Managers and leadership teams, providing financial insight and strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth and prepare the business for future portfolio evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance partner to General Managers and leadership teams across Italy and Iberia, fostering trusted relationships and constructive challenge.
• Lead the financial planning process, translating business priorities into robust annual plans, forecasts and long‑range outlooks.
• Support investment decisions by evaluating commercial opportunities, market‑access scenarios and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Brand teams to develop scenario planning and financial assessments for upcoming market changes.
• Ensure alignment of financial planning with affiliate priorities and Incyte’s international objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within a multinational, preferably in the life‑science or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on long‑term value creation.
