Growth Ops - Milan

About the role

Deblock has entered the Italian market by focusing first on Milan, and needs a hands-on person on the ground to make it happen. Reporting directly to the ExCo and the VP of Marketing, you will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and execution and own the "Trust & Growth" engine for the Milan market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product fit, generate insights for improvements and feature advances so Deblock becomes the best neo-bank in Milan
• Grow the external testing panel and the organic base in the city, and build a deep, passionate community
• Track what works and what does not, guide product evolution and brand positioning, and respond to market stimuli
• Build a local pipeline and turn relationships into commercial partnerships on the ground

Required profile

• Milan native with knowledge of the city, its network and its culture
• Fluent Italian and English
• 1+ years of experience in business development or operations (a plus)
• Experience in fintech, neo-banking or a fast-growing consumer app (a plus)
• Track record of building communities or running grassroots campaigns (a plus)
• Founder mentality and self-starter spirit
