Multi-Site Business Manager - Milan Malpensa Airport

About the role

As Multi-Site Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury's Milan Malpensa Airport, you drive sell-out growth, team performance and execution excellence across several airport counters and gondola locations. You act as the commercial and operational leader of your portfolio, leading and coaching Retail Artists and Assistant Business Managers, and require frequent travel (about 60%) to keep teams aligned and execution consistent.

Key responsibilities

• People management: monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting and forecasting, talent and succession planning, handling workplace conflict, identifying training needs with the Area Trainer, and recruiting end-to-end with the Talent Acquisition Advisor
• Motivate the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets, run daily briefs and 121 meetings, and manage a large team effectively
• Drive business KPI performance, maintain top ranking and growth, embed the service methodology, and plan around new product launches and market trends
• Deliver a compelling eventing strategy, tailor approaches to different customer demographics, and report weekly and monthly productivity to the Area Manager
• Liaise with host store partners, senior stakeholders and external vendors, manage stock levels and audits, and ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures
• Adhere to health and safety guidance and maintain flawless visual merchandising and grooming standards
