IT Governance Specialist

About the role

The IT Governance Specialist will join the Group IT Governance team at Prada Group headquarters. The role supports the management of IT‑for‑IT processes, budgeting, operating model evolution, and stakeholder coordination across the luxury retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT budget management and cost‑control activities.
• Design, evolve, and drive adoption of the IT Operating and Delivery model, including organization, roles, sizing and tools.
• Manage the IT masterplan and governance across multiple transformation streams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives and value delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks.
• Measure and monitor IT performance, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop managerial presentations for the CIO staff.
• Support digitalisation of IT processes and adoption of governance tools.
• Simplify IT4IT operations and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/fashion, luxury, or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes, services, and budgeting tools.
• Experience with SDLC (waterfall and agile) and frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe.
• Proven ability to design operational models for IT functions and manage change adoption.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on digitalisation.
• Experience creating presentations and data visualisations for senior IT leadership.
• Project and program management experience in complex transformation programmes.
