About the role
Castello di Casole, a Belmond property in Tuscany, is looking for a Pool Attendant for the 2027 season. The role is about welcoming guests courteously and efficiently, keeping the pool area tidy and working closely with colleagues from other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards and anticipate their needs
- Keep the workstation clean at all times
- Make sure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned
- Work closely with colleagues of other departments to provide assistance
Required profile
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Lifeguard certification
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence and collaboration
- Ability to deliver consistently high levels of service and adapt to change and pressure
