Sales Assistant

About the role

Condé Nast Italy is looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to support its Advertising Department in Milan. The role combines precise data management with professional client interaction, acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, commercial teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑check revenue data and manage over‑commissions.
• Organise commercial meetings and client upfront events, handling invitation lists and presentation materials.
• Schedule client meetings and arrange complex travel itineraries, processing expense reports.
• Create and process insertion order contracts, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain distribution lists.
• Provide email assistance for commercial contracts and conduct initial legal reviews before forwarding to sales agents.
• Monitor departmental costs, reconcile data with Finance, and submit forms for public administration portals.
• Compile tender documents, coordinate corporate certificates, DURC, bank details, and anti‑corruption declarations.
• Respond to client inquiries on legal and financial matters and manage labour‑network portals to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative workflows.
• Professional presence suitable for direct client engagements.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
