Senior Enterprise Sales, New Logos

About the role

PayPal is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales professional based in Milan to acquire new medium and large enterprise merchants on the Italian market and position PayPal as their preferred payment platform. The role involves shaping PayPal's growth in Italy, collaborating cross-functionally and acting as a trusted advisor to clients at multiple levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive new opportunities in Italy, carry out prospecting, deliver tailored presentations and create proposals
• Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching and closing
• Negotiate complex commercial terms and agreements
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.com with accurate forecasting and record-keeping
• Work with internal teams to improve processes, recommend efficiency solutions and monitor account health and performance
• Provide analytical insights to support business decisions and build a pipeline of cross-sell opportunities

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 5+ years selling complex solutions to large enterprises in Italy, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Preferred: experience in sales, account management or client success, ideally in payments, fintech, technology or financial services
• Fluent Italian and English are essential

What we offer

• Base pay in Milan of EUR 49,200 to 69,960 per year, with total target cash of EUR 82,000 to 116,600 per year
