Strategic Innovation Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

You will join Reply’s consulting team to drive digital transformation initiatives for financial services clients, leveraging AI and innovative business models.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy design activities such as market research, benchmarking, and definition of new operating models.
• Conduct business analysis, including process optimisation, requirements gathering and specification drafting.
• Manage project governance tasks like planning, progress monitoring and coordination of development teams.
• Utilise standard business tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) to produce deliverables and reports.
• Collaborate in a supportive, cross‑functional environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Business or Economics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital transformation projects for financial services, preferably as a business analyst or PMO.
• Strong interest in financial services and a proven ability to drive innovation.
• Excellent command of English and high proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving skills, resilience under pressure and a collaborative mindset.

• Tailored compensation based on experience, gross annual salary €31,000‑€65,000.
