Technical Account Management Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Redis is looking for an experienced manager to lead its Technical Account Management (TAM) team for French‑speaking enterprise customers in South EMEA. The role focuses on driving deep technical adoption, operational excellence, and measurable customer health across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing team of enterprise TAMs.
• Set a high technical bar for architectural reasoning, distributed‑systems expertise, and operational excellence.
• Coach TAMs on risk prioritisation, production‑readiness assessments and serve as senior escalation point for complex challenges.
• Foster a proactive engagement culture and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to standardise adoption frameworks and best‑practice implementation.
• Drive customer adoption of Redis capabilities aligned to business needs.
• Implement best practices for high availability, clustering, scalability, performance optimisation, backup, disaster recovery, observability, monitoring, security and operational governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical account or engineering teams in an enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and enterprise‑grade architecture.
• Strong track record of improving customer health scores, adoption depth and net revenue retention.
• Fluent French and English communication skills.
