About the role
As the VP & Head of Commercial for Business Segment Industrial Europe, you will own the commercial agenda, driving profitable growth, market expansion and customer value creation across a complex industrial B2B environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy to improve margins, market share and sustainable growth.
- Lead a high‑performing sales organisation covering new‑business acquisition and account management, ensuring pipeline discipline and conversion.
- Grow key accounts by deepening strategic relationships, increasing share‑of‑wallet and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Own commercial performance metrics – revenue, margin, pricing, profitability and forecasting – with rigorous KPI discipline.
- Use customer insight, win/loss analysis, VOC, NPS and commercial analytics to refine decision‑making.
- Lead product management, marketing, pricing and commercial excellence to align the value proposition with market needs.
- Oversee product lifecycle management and successful product launches.
Required profile
- Proven leader of high‑performing sales organisations in industrial B2B markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth, market expansion and strategic account development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management and forecasting.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution.
- Track record of building commercial capability and raising performance standards.
