About the role
This full‑time, seasonal position supports the Executive Office of Hotel Cala di Volpe in Porto Cervo, providing administrative assistance to either the Event or Rooms Department in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily administrative tasks for the Event or Rooms Department, ensuring accurate records and confidential handling of information.
- Facilitate communication across departments and prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Perform physical duties such as moving, lifting, and arranging items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Assist with office organization, document filing, and guest‑related administrative requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
